Over 6 nights, Lila’s tailored timetable will offer:
Exciting Vinyasa (flow) yoga sequencing
Strengthening and core building
Traditional approaches (incl. Ashtanga and Hatha)
The chance to explore challenging new variations with a mindful and Yogic approach Yoga sessions including strong flows, restorative yoga, Yogic approaches to conditioning, meditation, breathing practice and whole-body deep stretching
An immersive Sound Bath experience for deep relaxation

This retreat is all about balance. There is the chance to explore depth within your yoga practice under careful guidance, alongside the joy and restfulness that comes with this yoga holiday in a beautiful and nourishing environment.

The Accommodation

The retreats include your stay in one of our cozy but contemporary rooms either in the converted stables, the Finca or the pool room.

Each room has a twin or double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, sunny terrace and all toiletries, towels and linen are provided.

The Facilities

Included in this retreat package is use of our heated salt water swimming pool, the large 6 seater jacuzzi  in our tropical gardens, access to all garden areas and the  Olive bar,  the outdoor yoga platform with mountain views and the heated indoor studio

Furthermore, we have free WIFI and we offer a complimentary wash for yoga clothes plus we have all the yoga props for every yoga style.

Sue Gosling

Sue fell in love with Bikram yoga whilst living in Sydney in 2005 and attended the Bikram teacher training programme in 2008 in Acapulco, Mexico. Since then she has been teaching regularly and opened a Bikram studio in Fleet with Jane which they successfully ran for 8 years. Since then Sue has also trained in Yin Yoga, Forrest Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Sound Bath & Sound Healing Therapy . Sue lives permanently in Malaga and manages The Palms Spain retreat with her husband David.


Lila’s approach includes a dedication to discipline, alongside a fierce sense of humour and lightness. Her home is in Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa and Hatha practices. She completed her training in 2018, but believes all of us are each a combination of constant student and constant teacher. Lila wholeheartedly believes Yoga can encourage us to live more fully in the bodies we have, and more joyfully in our minds.
