Join Tricia Fleming for 4 gloriously relaxing days and nights at the Palms Spain, Malaga – a truly magical place where you can leave all the worries and stresses of modern life behind as you enjoy daily yoga, freshly prepared vegan food, swim in the heated saltwater pool, lounge in hammocks, relax in the hot tub in the most idyllic surroundings. 

The Palms Spain offers you all of this and more – lush gardens, fruit trees, salt water pool, two yoga spaces; the shala, set within the fruit and olive trees, and a purpose built hot yoga room.

The bedrooms are beautifully furnished, all en-suite and with a private terrace or shared seating area. There is an outdoor lounge with comfortable sofas and plenty of places to sit quietly and read.

The Palms Spain has a warm welcome with a very relaxed feel and views of the Sierra Mijas Mountains.

The Accommodation

The retreats include your stay in one of our cozy but contemporary rooms either in the converted stables, the Finca or the pool room.

Each room has a twin or double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, sunny terrace and all toiletries, towels and linen are provided.

The Facilities

Included in this retreat package is use of our heated salt water swimming pool, the large 6 seater jacuzzi  in our tropical gardens, access to all garden areas and the  Olive bar,  the outdoor yoga platform with mountain views and the heated indoor studio

Furthermore, we have free WIFI and we offer a complimentary wash for yoga clothes plus we have all the yoga props for every yoga style.

Included activities

The classes will be based around class sequences that Tricia has designed from her Bikram and Fierce Grace training. She has been teaching for over 20 years. Classes will be very precision based, tailoring and modifying postures for individual needs – following the motto of Hot Yoga Athlone that ‘Yoga is for Every Body but We Bend it for You’

Workshops will be at a slower pace and will give people the opportunity to ask questions. There will be more time to explain postures giving students a chance to form a deeper understanding of alignment.

Tricia Fleming

Tricia Fleming has been teaching yoga for over 20 years. She has grown a reputation for helping people in pain, modifying and changing postures depending on individual needs.

She firmly believes in – Do less but do it right and you will eventually go further than you ever expected.

She opened her studio, Hot Yoga Athlone, in Ireland in 2011. She has developed a precision-based teaching method to ensure you get the optimum from your yoga class.

All teachers at her studio know every person by name, and their injury, tailoring and modifying postures for individual needs. Be prepared to work mind and body in her classes.
